The Next Level of CA Research Facility!
During the Theme afternoon “Developments in storage technology” of Wageningen University & Research held at the Proeftuin in Randwijk, various lectures were given on determining and predicting quality developments during the period of storage of fresh fruit.
In order to generate new data on the developments in the storage of fresh produce today and tomorrow, a new “High tech storage facility” was realized in Randwijk. This facility was successfully realized by Van Amerongen CA-technology in 3 months together with the project partners KTI from Cothen and Vrisolatie from Tiel.
