A special custom-made Passion Fruit CA project was produced for a client in South America to store fresh fruits under Controlled Atmosphere (CA) conditions.
This project features two tailor-made cabinets equipped with small CO2 and ethylene adsorbers, connected to control atmosphere in 60 Palliflex units.
Fruits with high ethylene production benefit greatly from this setup. By adsorbing ethylene during storage, we can significantly inhibit the ripening process and extend the storage period, ensuring the fruits stay fresher for longer. 🍇🍈🍍
