Apple CA Storage project in India – Training 2024

🌟 Exciting News from India! 🌟
Last month, VA provided Training for many of our customers in India.
During the training, we solved issues that caused fruit loss and Saved 500K EUR fruit loss for the customer!
Here is a note for everyone: Put Temperature sensors on the right spots!
Temperature sensors should be placed at 5 locations (see pic. 5) in the CA room to ensure uniform temperature and air circulation throughout the room.
[1] Warmest spot
[2] Coldest spot
[3] Safety (optional)
[4] Defrosting
[5] Start/stop
Easy mistake is made by the position of the Start/Stop senser [5]. Many times, we see that this sensor is installed just under the cooler and above the fruit bin. This will cause a massive number of start pluses of the cooling system because of short cut of the air from air-cooler.
What to do:
A) Place sensor [5] minimum 75 cm under the air cooler.
B) Install a plastic flap under & beside the air cooler to the top of the first fruit bin (see pic. 6).
Operators can always enhance their skills and improve their technical facilities to prevent fruit losses. If you need our training service, let us know!
