Van Amerongen has full confidence in its control systems. Nevertheless, we strongly advise to carry out manual checks twice a week during the storage period of all parameters that may influence the quality of the product. These include O₂, CO₂ and temperat ure. In addition, it is also advisable to regularly check your fruit by tasting, color checking and/or internal checking (or having them checked). We also recommend a weekly visual inspection of your machines and fittings.
